Around June 2021, YRE representatives contacted Mr. Suratno, Chairman of KSPPS Al-Roudloh ato offer a loan from LPDB-KUMKM, which could be distributed to members as productive venture capital such as trading, agriculture, animal husbandry, and biogas development. KSPPS Al-Roudloh currently has 1 head office and 2 branches with many members who have productive businesses from the sector so that it is judged according to the criteria.
At the end of September 2021, KSPSS Al-Roudloh managed to get a loan from LPDB-KUMKM. Members who have businesses in the trade, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and biogas sectors can apply for a loan with conditions determined by KSPPS Al-Roudloh. If the loan conditions are complete, the credit team will conduct a survey to members who apply for loans according to the type of business.
If approved, the loan can be granted with the provision of paying a profit sharing of 1,2% – 1,5% which is paid at the time of loan installments or loan repayment. The time required for the loan process is about 3-5 days. Loans that have been given are used to increase business capital. LPDB-KUMKM loans are intended only for productive business development in the form of purchasing goods or tools for business.
“YRE helps KSPPS AL-Roudloh by introducing us to LPDB-KUMKM in developing members’ productive businesses. Members are more flexible in setting the loan repayment period, as well as lower interest rates. LPDB-KUMKM provides business opportunities for members of KSPPS Al-Roudloh to be more advanced in their business.” Mr. Suratno explained.
