A Construction Partner Organization or CPO, is a group of workers who are important partners in constructing biodigesters. To become a CPO, they undergo intensive training with Rumah Energi. After completing the training, CPOs not only build biodigesters but also play an important role in socializing the benefits of biogas to the community. CPOs also ensure the functioning of biogas by monitoring, checking, and repairing. 

The presence of CPOs in the biogas market chain is one real manifestation of green jobs in the grassroots-level community.
