Pro-Women Pushes for 'No One Left Behind' in Just Energy Transition

Rumah Energi through the Pro-Women project continues to strive for gender equality in the energy transition process. After the MoU with the Sukabumi Regency Government was agreed upon and signed last January, today (18/02/2025) Rumah Energi invited agencies to conduct socialization of the MoU, map the functions of each agency, and encourage stakeholders to achieve common goals, namely improving the economy, especially for women. Pro-Women encourages women to have expertise and entrepreneurial skills according to village potential.
Alignment of perceptions and goals is carried out so that each party can contribute and provide input to each other to be in line with existing government programs. This activity was attended by the Women and Children Empowerment Agency as the sectoral leader of this collaboration, the Village Community Empowerment Agency, the Trade and Industry Agency, and the Cooperatives and MSMEs Agency. This meeting initiated each agency to be involved and support the implementation and achievement of the economy and women’s empowerment in the Pelabuhanratu area.
