The ASA-Lombok Program (ICCTF) is implemented in Salut Village in North Lombok Regency, NTB, which is one of the villages affected by climate change, which is limited water in the dry season and planting season. This is also motivated by the lack of capacity of Salut Village farmers in mitigating and adapting to climate change.
In helping to provide solutions to the Salut Village community, Rumah Energi approached the construction of a water harvesting tank with a capacity of 10,000 litres prioritized for beneficiaries who have active Biogas reactors (BIRU) and the use of bio-slurry for activities agriculture by the Salut Village community in order to improve the quality and productivity of the land and reduce the use of chemical / non-organic fertilizers.
In its implementation, Rumah Energi cooperates with a research institute from the University of Mataram in researching and measuring soil conditions and examining the socio-economic conditions of the Salut Village community after the program.
